How are your products different from other beauty brands?

Our goal is to bring joy to skincare, with products that are as cute as they are effective. Our strict brand standards ensure all of our products are cruelty-free, vegan, and gluten-free. We formulate with only the highest quality activities and natural botanicals. You can view our entire list of banned ingredients here.

So, you’re cruelty-free! Does that mean you don’t test on animals AND your ingredients have not been tested on animals?

Correct! Not only do we not test on animals, none of our ingredients have been tested on animals. We feel very passionate about this, and will never sell into countries that require animal testing.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Our products are suitable for all skin types. If you have sensitive or reactive skin we suggest you do a patch test on your inner elbow before using. Wait 24 hours and if no sensitivity or reaction occurs you are good to go! Star Jelly and Flowermelon both contain AHAs (Alpha Hydroxy Acids) which increase blood flow to the skin, so a bit of rosiness upon application is normal and not necessarily inflammation.

I want my products to last as long as possible! How should I store them?

To make your Kiramoon products last as long as possible, store in cool, dry places and avoid prolonged sun exposure.

Is it safe to use your products while pregnant/nursing?

Our products are vegan, gluten-free and formulated with clean ingredients. We recommend that you review our ingredient list with your doctor to determine if they work with your pregnancy plan.

When is your next product being released?

Can I recycle your products?

Our bottles and outer packaging are made from 100% recyclable materials. Check with your local recycle facility to determine the best way to recycle in your area.

How long do the products last?

Both Star Jelly and Flowermelon are good for use up to 12 months after opening them for the first time.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

When will my order ship?

If you place your order Monday through Friday, we do our best to ship out your order the same day you place it. However, many orders with standard shipping will be fulfilled and shipped the following business day (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive an email from us with tracking information. Please note, it can take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update.

How much is shipping?

We offer free 3-7 day USPS shipping within the US on all orders over $35 (not including taxes and promotions). For all other others, standard shipping within the Domestic US is $4 via USPS. If you just can’t wait to get your Kiramoon order (which we would totally understand) we also offer express shipping options.

Do you charge domestic sales tax?

Domestic sales tax will be applied to all orders shipping to Texas.

Shipping Internationally

We currently do not ship outside of the US. We are working on opening shipping to Canada and UK as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience as we grow :)

Notice

Please note that for all shipments, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please also be aware that in the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, Kiramoon assumes no responsibility. We will work to get the package to you, though an address error can incur a turnaround time of up to 3 weeks.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, INCORRECT SHIPMENTS

Can I return my purchase?

We hope you love your Kiramoon purchase, but if you don’t, we will be happy to help arrange a refund within 30 days of purchase. Please email your order number and which items you would like returned to hello@kiramoon.com. Return shipping is free of charge and on us, but we aren’t able to refund the shipping cost on the original order.

Can I cancel my order?

If you’d like to change or cancel your order, please email hello@kiramoon.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I edit my shipping address after the order is placed?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email hello@kiramoon.com as soon as possible.

My order arrived with something incorrect, missing or damaged.

If your Kiramoon package arrives missing an item, with incorrect items, or with any damage to the items, email us right away at hello@kiramoon.com. Please include photos of your packing slip and any damage.
